Orders

When can I start ordering?

Tre’dish will be rolling out in Riverside and Corona from Thursday November 11th, and you’ll be able to order straight from our website.

How do I use a promotional code?

Tre’dish will be launching later this week, and you’ll be able to create an account on our website. During sign up, you’ll be able to add a promotional code and any credits and discounts will be automatically applied.

How is my food delivered?

You can pick up your orders, or send someone to pick it up on your behalf.

If you are picking up your order, please wait in your car.

How do I place an order?

Tre’dish is launching later this year and orders can be placed via our website.

What if I have an issue with an order?

We apologize for the misstep. Please contact our Customer Support at 1-877-TRE-DISH (1-877-873-3474) so we can make it right.

If it’s outside business hours, please send us an email containing all the details of your order and a member of our team will contact you once we are open.

Why are orders prepaid?

Orders are prepaid because the sudden cancellation of an order will cause a financial loss to the Chef. Please review our refund policy for details.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

Two or more days prior:

No charges and a full refund will be applied.

One day prior:

We will provide you with Tre’dish credit for 50% of the order value.

Day of:

No refund. We offer one complimentary cancellation.

What if I've forgotten my username and/or password?

Click here to reset your username or password, or find the link “Forgot your username or password?” on the login screen.

Can I have someone pick my food up for me?

Yes, Tre ‘dish provides a service where a driver will pick up your food and deliver it to your house.

You can store up to 5 delivery addresses in your account settings, and our drivers will usually be able to deliver up to 10 miles away from the Chef. You can also add special instructions at the checkout when you place your order.

Does Tre’dish have insurance?

Tre’dish has commercial general liability.

Does the Chef receive my tips?

100% of all tips go to the Chef. Tipping is never required, but it goes a long way in supporting your local Chef.

Is there a minimum purchase required to place an order?

There is a $30 minimum order – not including taxes and fees.

What payment options do you take?

Stripe is our 3rd party payment partner and we accept all major credit cards. If you would like to save your payment information, Stripe will ask to store it securely after your first order.

Tre’dish does not handle or store your credit card information.

What should I do if I suspect fraudulent or suspicious account activity?

Change your password immediately.

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?

Yes. If you are not home to accept the delivery, the package will be left at your front door or with your concierge.

If for whatever reason, the driver can’t gain access to complete the delivery, you will receive a notification and the driver will wait 5 minutes at which point they will leave with the package.

Health & Safety

What actions are taken regarding food safety?

We provide our Chefs with a check-in/check-out process that follows professional standards for food handling, preparation and processing.

If a Chef does not or is unable to complete the processes, they will not serve food. All of our Chefs are permitted by the county, and government certified.

What are the regulations?

California, United States – The Homemade Food Act, AB 626, was written into law on January 1, 2019, creating Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations (MEHKO). Counties across the great state are approving and implementing MEHKO policies and procedures.
