Fesenjon
Fesenjon is a sweet and sour Iranian stew from Northern Iran. It contains braised, bone-in chicken thighs in a blend of toasted walnuts, pomegranate juice and pomegranate molasses. The sweet and sour flavours of pomegranate and silky texture of the walnuts make it one of the most elegant dishes in Persian culture. Served over rice and perfectly paired with our Rice Pudding.
