Meet Monina and Bryan, aka Munch & Binge, a dynamic duo who started their culinary business during the pandemic. Brian attended Humber Culinary College and currently works as a Sous Chef, while Monina handles the backend of their business. Their passion for creating popular Filipino desserts for their local community soon led them to expand to serve a larger multicultural audience across the city. They take pride in creating delectable treats that incorporate traditional Filipino ingredients and flavours. With their dedication to culinary excellence and commitment to their craft, Monina and Brian are quickly making a name for themselves in the GTA foodie community.
