Caravan Bakery is the brainchild of the dynamic husband and wife team, Jamie and Rob Campbell- and it's no ordinary bakery. It's a mobile wood-fired bake oven on wheels (you read that right!), a culinary marvel that reflects their passion for sustainable living and homesteading.

Jamie, a dedicated beekeeper since 2019, brings her expertise in cultural & heritage tourism management from Centennial College, infusing a unique touch into their bakery concept. Rob, also a beekeeper since 2019, juggles his full-time role at Costco while providing unwavering support to Jamie in managing Caravan Bakery.

At the heart of Caravan Bakery lies a family legacy, cherished by Jamie & Rob’s two beautiful children, Auston and Aurora. Together, they infuse their baked creations with love and dedication, making Caravan Bakery an inspiring and delightful experience for all.
