I fell in love with burgers while working at a chain restaurant but just wasn’t happy working in a corporate environment. I needed an outlet for my creativity. Since I was classically trained at George Brown College, I decided to strike out on my own. I love making food that brings people together, and there’s nothing quite like seeing the smile on someone’s face after they take a bite of my food
