Cuisine with a Twist

I was born in the Ukraine, grew up in Israel, and migrated to Canada several years ago. I studied hospitality for four years at Tadmor Culinary Institute and completed a Business Management degree at Humber. Since then, I have gained over 12 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries.

I have travelled internationally to learn and experience the culinary scene all over the world. My travels included visits to Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, & Eastern Europe.
