I started selling my food during the thick of lockdown in 2021. I began selling bagels through DMs on Instagram, and it spiralled from there. I soon added a pastrami box, and then came my idea for a sous-vide burger box. My Burger Boxes are designed to be prepped and finished by my customers, for the highest quality eating experience - within 10 minutes you have a beautiful, finished burger.
